What do we do, exactly?
We offer many pole-centered, strength-focused, stretch-minded, and dance-influenced varieties of classes.
POLE DANCING
Our pole classes will turn your world upside down – literally! Experience a variety of pole based classes such as: Pole Levels, Low Flow, Cardio Pole, & Fab Pole. From spins to transitions, floor and wall work, we will have you crawling back for more! Sexy crawl that is!
LYRA (AERIAL HOOP)
Lyra Hoop is a beautiful Aerial Circus apparatus class that is performed on a suspended metal hoop. It’s a challenging workout that teaches you grace, strength and power as you pose, flip, hang and dance suspended in the in the air.
BELLYDANCING
Bellydance is a fusion of many historical ethnic dance styles from the orient and middle eastern area, it is a dance style of Story- telling interaction, isolation, balance and flexibility, many dancers wear finger symbols or put coins on their hip scarfs to help to handle the movements.
BURLESQUE
This class is a celebration of being human and the art of the tease. We teach both Classic & Neo Burlesque styles and put them into a routine. Sometimes we like to dive into the prop box to add some sass with gloves, hats, or boas. Feel free to dress up or dress down, just be ready to move and learn!
HIP HOP
With a mix of genres from R&B to pop come bust a move. This choreography based class is up tempo, fun and energetic.
FLOORPLAY
Feathers, leather, and lace… OH MY! Garters, stilettos, and stockings… DON’T BE SHY! Come laugh and play in our sexy FloorPlay class! We will be learning new exciting and sexy routines in each class, incorporating fun accents and props!
HAUTE HEELS
You’ll be strutting your stuff in no time with a heels class this fabulous. Learn how to walk, dance, & maybe even get in a little cardio in this high energy, body positive class. You may have just found your new favorite pair of shoes.
CONDTIONING FOR DANCE
Get ready to be fit and bendy in Strength & Stretching and Acro For Pole! These classes combines body-weight exercises, dynamic stretches, & conditioning drills that will help you improve strength & flexibility for dance.

STRENGTH
Aerial is centered around moves and tricks that require you to work with your own body weight that aids in building lean muscle tone.
WEIGHT LOSS

FLEXIBILITY
In order to achieve certain poses, both on and off the pole, you’ll learn how to stretch and bend your body into the most impressive shapes.

Choreography and tricks help with agility and improve coordination of movement of the body
